1998-2000 foundational archive bundle

This bundle collects the late-1990s and 2000 sources that set up the later archive: natural cooling, roof-integrated solar, radiant cooling, persuasive essays, correspondence, and working imagery. These files bridge early theory and the 2002 engineering work.
